All articles have different opinions. Some says that drinking water will keep your body hydrated so it is necessary to drink enough water everyday. Some contradicts that drinking water is beneficial. I am not sure whether drinking particular amount of water is beneficial or not. I have got really confused after reading so many research articles. I drink water whenever I get thirsty. That is my simple approach towards drinking water. Our bodies are made up of 75% of water. Body cells and blood carry water. It is not essential to drink fixed amount of water everyday. You will automatically drink water as per your daily need. Our bodies are capable to regulate the level of water. On the other hand we get enough amount of water from fruits, vegetables, milk and juices that we consume everyday. Water hydrates your body and it helps to throw toxins away. I read somewhere that drinking about two liters of water a day is beneficial for health. If you have to lead healthy life the first health tip that comes in mind is drink enough water. I keep one big bottle at my desk so I never go short of water. I keep drinking water through out the day. I feel fresh for the whole long day. Dehydration can be dangerous to health. So do not forget to have enough water.
