I have don't have a balance diet because I leave my home for work at 8.15 A.M and return 7.00 P.M. At my work place the quality of food and snacks is not good for health.I only take 2 cups of tea and at lunch small quantity of rice with some vegetable(home made), so I think I am not taking balance diet.
