									PALAK PANEER KOFTA Recipe |  | Main Course Recipe by Prabeeti |   										
										
 |  |   INGREDIENTS |  Palak - 1\2 kg
 Paneer- 250 gm
 Potato- 1 (boiled)
 Jeera powder 1 teaspoon
 salt as per taste
 green chillies 1 (chopped)
 bread crumbs 2 tablespoons
 raisins 10 - 15
 ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon
 Onion 2 medium sized chopped
 dhaniya powder 1 teaspoon
 turmeric 1 teaspoon
 garam masala powder 1 teaspoon
 tomato paste 2 tablespoon
 Fresh Cream 2 tablespoons |  |   METHOD |  Kofta balls:
 1. Pressure cook palak,cool it and then blend it to paste put 1     tablespoon oil put jeera powder and stir fry palak paste so that     there is no moisture. 
 
 2. Add boiled potato, mashed paneer, palak paste, salt, chopped     green chillies, bread crumbs and make a dough of this. Using this     dough, make balls by putting raisins inside the ball. Deep fry it till     it become golden brown and keep it aside.
 
 
 Kofta curry:
 1. Put 2 tablespoon oil in a pan. Put ginger garlic paste and fry it till     golden brown. Put finely chopped onion and fry it till golden     brown. 
 
 2. Add dhaniya powder, turmeric, salt to taste, garam masala     powder, red chilli powder and fry it for 1 minute. Add tomato paste     and stir it till oil gets  separated .  
 
 3. Add Fresh cream and stir. Put little water to make a thick curry.     Add kofta balls and cook it for 2 minutes. Serve hot with parantha     or tandoori roti. |
