									METHI MALAI MATTAR Recipe |  | Main Course Recipe by Prachee Tandon |   										
										
 |  |   INGREDIENTS |  Ghee
 Jeera 1tsp
 Chilli powder 1/2 tsp
 Turmeric 1tsp
 Salt
 Tomato puree 2 cups
 Cashews 5-6 (soaked in water)
 Almonds 5-6 (soaked in water and then peeled)
 Fresh cream 1cup
 Honey 1tsp
 Peas (mattar) 1/2 kg
 Kasoori methi 10-15 gms(soaked in water)
 Garam masala 1/4 tsp
 Fresh Corriander leaves 4-5 leaves |  |   METHOD |  1. Take a pan and add ghee jeera, chilli powder, turmeric powder     and tomato puree. 
 2. Add salt and stir for 1 min. Then add peas to the gravy.
 3. Make a paste of the soaked almonds (peeled) and cashews.
 4. Add the paste to the gravy. Stir till mixed properly.
 5. Then let the gravy heat for 1-2 mins. Put the gas flame low. 
 6. Finally take fresh cream and add 1 tblsp of honey to the cream.
 7. Add this mixture to the gravy.
 8. Finally add the kasoori methi (draining out water) to the gravy. Stir     properly and add garam masala.
