Hi everyone,

I started giving egg to Kaustubh. But i dont know any receipes to do with it other than boiled and scrambled.I want something which is a lill bit gravy kind ....since he does not like dry.Can anyone help me in this.

To moms who have baby sitters or kids going to day care centre, can u tell me how did u choose a particular centre or a baby sitter.I am thinking of working so applied for jobs....so wanted him to get used to a baby sitter or a day care centre before i get a job.
So I wanted some pointers which can help me.

Thanks,
Take care,
sumana

Hi Sumana,
Reg the egg recipes, mine too dont eat scrambled or boiled eggs. They expect it in a little gravy format.
This is what I do.. I Beat the egg, microwave it for 30-40 sec, then I add cheese pieces or grated cheese, then I puree it in the blender. They eat this with cereal or bread. This is the only way I can give egg to them...
I am also thinking of other ways.

Ask ur friends and people who already have kids..is my best advice. If u go visit, check around for how people talk to u, do u feel comfortable..are they professional kind or they do get involved with personal ques.
How clean/facilties./menu they give kids to eat/etc.
From what i know, bigger the daycare the more th erun like business..so if 6-7 kids its great. Keep talking to the day care people and involve them in ur life..then they develop a personal relationship..
and if u ever feel in ur gut feeling they really don't care then trust ur instincts.
since its past a year be prepared for him to take time to settle down..he may rebel and not eat etc..that is ok.
my main importance..is not how it looks, relatively clean and caring folks who have about 6-7 years of experience/sick baby policy/menu they provide..what if u r veg..etc. u can spend the first day with them to look around..register in all day cares u get so whichever is avl u can go check it out.
Take care
Radhika

Hi Sumana
I also give either boiled or scrambled eggs to Ayush.Maybe u can try a egg curry without the chilli.

When I choose daycare I looked all around and asked people I knew.Otherwise I looked on the net and visited those daycare and talked to them. Also there is a number where u can call and find out if the daycare has any complaints .I don't know the number but u can search in the net.Otherwise there is a star rating for daycare ,didn't know this when i was looking .
