There are divided views on this subject. Mostly, neither orgasms or intercourse can precipitate labour, so in normal cases, it is permitted. But in the case of high risk pregnancies, it can trigger premature labour, premature rupture of the amniotic membranes or even an infection. So do check with your doctor because he knows you best. So the safest bet is to make love without actually making love e.g. hugging, romantic dinners, bathing together or a simple massage.
