![]() TIL KA LADDU INGREDIENTS: 1kg. white til
METHOD: First, wash and dry the til seeds
by spreading it out on a cloth. Then roast the seeds and add powdered cardamom.
Keep it aside. In a vessel, add a cup of water to the jaggery and heat
it. Once you obtain a thick syrup, switch off the gas and mix in the til.
Now grease your hands and start shaping this mixture into small balls,
while still hot. Leave it to cool and store it in an airtight container.
