![]() CURD RICE INGREDIENTS: 1 cup rice
METHOD: Wash, soak and boil the rice. Keep
it aside. Beat the yoghurt and add chopped green chillies, grated ginger
and salt to taste. Gently mix it with the cooked rice.For the seasoning,
take a little hot ghee and splutter mustard seeds, curry leaves and the
two dals in it.Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve cold.
