KHAMAN DHOKLA INGREDIENTS 2 cups Gram
(chana) dal
METHOD: Wash and soak gram and urad dals seperately for two hours. Grind both the dals coarsely to a thick consistency. Add salt, sugar, turmeric, oil, soda bi carb and beat lightly with a serving spoon. Pour the above mixture in a greased thali and stem it in the cooker for 10 minutes. When it gets cold, garnish it with chopped corriander leaves, grated coconut. Cut diagonally before serving.
