CORN CAPSICUM INGREDIENTS 1 tbsp Ghee
METHOD: Finely cut the onions and half of the capsicum. Fry the onion and mustard seeds in ghee till it become light brown in colour. Add 1 heaped tbsp of wheat flour on a low flame. Add 1 glass of milk and keep stiring it. Add salt and pepper to it. Boil the corn seperately and add it to the above mixture with half cut capsicum. Garnish it with cheese and corriander leaves. Microwave it for 2-3 minutes. Serve it with brown bread.
