METHOD: Mix maida, corn flour, salt and ghee. Add water and knead the dough untill smooth. Make small portions and roll it like chappati. Cut the chappati in 1/2 and fill it with the above fillings. Shape it like samosa by sealing with water at the edges. Deep fry the samosa on low temperature untill golden brown. Note: These
samosas can be preserved for about 15 days.
