SAMOSA POOR KA

INGREDIENTS

100 gms Maida
3 tbsp Ghee for Shortening
3 tbsp Salt
3 tbsp Water
3 tbsp Corn Flour
Salt To Taste

Fillings:

100 gms Fried Moong Daal
1 tsp Black Salt
1/2 tsp Roasted Jeera
1/2 tsp Amchur
1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
Salt To Taste
Mix the above fillings and blend it in the mixer.
 

METHOD:

Mix maida, corn flour, salt and ghee. Add water and knead the dough untill smooth. Make small portions and roll it like chappati.

Cut the chappati in 1/2 and fill it with the above fillings. Shape it like samosa by sealing with water at the edges.

Deep fry the samosa on low temperature untill golden brown.

Note: These samosas can be preserved for about 15 days.
