COCKTAIL ACCOMPANIMENT INGREDIENTS
For the special flavour: 4-5 green cardamom (elaichi)
METHOD: Grind all the special flavouring
spices together in a mixer.De-seed the capsicum and cut into thin long
strips. Cut the paneer into small cubes. Cut apples and pears into small
squares with the skin. Remove the pulp of the tomatoes and cut into small
squares. Heat a little oil on a tawa and fry the potato pieces on both
sides till brown. Remove from fire and add capsicum and stir. Sprinkle
a little salt, pepper and 2 tbsp. of the special flavoring. Add the tomato
and the fruit. Mix well. Cook again for 1 minute. Take a toothpick, and
put a piece of each ingredient on it. Put a piece of cherry on the end.
Squeeze a little lime juice just before serving. Serve hot.
