COLESLAW
INGREDIENTS:
1 medium sized cabbage, shredded
1 carrot, shredded
2 tablespoons dried minced onion
1/2 cup white sugar
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup milk
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
METHOD:
In a large bowl, combine shredded
cabbage and carrot.
In a separate bowl, combine the
2 cups mayonnaise, vinegar, milk, salt, pepper, sugar and minced onion.
Add the shredded cabbage and carrot
mixture and toss it well.
Chill for an hour and serve.
