MEXICAN ORANGE FUDGE INGREDIENTS
METHOD
Take 1 tbsp. sugar and melt it in a pan on a high flame. Then add the orange juice to it while stirring continuously and then put in the milk powder. Keep on stirring. Now put in the remaining sugar and cook on a low flame till the mixture thickens. Once it starts leaving the sides of the pan add the rind and mix well. The mixture is ready if it sets when you drop a bit of it in a bowl of cold water. Now mix in the almonds and pour into a greased tray. Mark it while still hot and cut it into squares once it cools.
