MEXICAN HOT SALSA INGREDIENTS 3

METHOD First roast the capsicum. Next, take
a little hot oil and cook the onions with the ajwain, chillies and vinegar.
Add the blanched and chopped tomatoes to this and add salt, pepper , sugar
and red chilli powder to it. Add the capsicum and blend into a smooth paste.
Serve as a dip with wafers, tortilla chips or vegetables.
