![]() RED CABBAGE WITH APPLE
INGREDIENTS: 1 medium red cabbage
METHOD: Sauté the sliced onions and
crushed garlic in olive oil. Add the sliced red cabbage and cook until
tender. Chop the apples into slices and add it to the cooking cabbage.
Add salt, sugar and vinegar once the apples are tender and add a dash of
freshly crushed black pepper on top. Serve hot.
