STRAWBERRY
YOGHURT
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup mishti doi (sweetened curd)
½ cup fresh strawberries
METHOD:
Hang the curd for two hours in a
thin muslin cloth until all the water drains off. If the curd is unsweetened,
simply add castor sugar to taste. Make a puree out of the fresh strawberries
by churning in a blender. Now blend the puree with the sweetened curd and
your low-cal desert is ready to be savored.
