LADYFINGER STEW INGREDIENTS 10 ladyfingers
METHOD: Wash and chop the ladyfingers into large pieces. Grind the grated coconut along with the fresh turmeric. Extract one cup of thick juice and two cups of thin juice from them. Heat oil in a vessel and fry the
green chilies, onions and ginger. Sauté the ladyfingers in this.
Pour the thin coconut extract and cook until tender. Then add the thick
coconut juice, salt and a dash of vinegar and serve piping hot.
