![]() DRY MOONG SPROUTS DELIGHT INGREDIENTS ¼ kg moong sprouts
FOR MASALA: Grind together:
METHOD: Add salt to the moong sprouts and
boil them in a sufficient quantity of water. Add the grated coconut to
the masala and grind. Mix the sprouts in this masala and boil it once again.
Add salt and fried garlic. Toss and serve.
