Party Time

DRY MOONG SPROUTS DELIGHT

INGREDIENTS

¼ kg moong sprouts
¼ coconut, grated
Salt to taste
1 tablespoon oil
4 cloves garlic
Groundnuts, optional
 

FOR MASALA:

Grind together:
4 dry red chilies
½ tablespoon coriander seeds
¼ teaspoon cumin seeds
¼ teaspoon mustard seeds
Few peppercorns 
½ onion. 
 

METHOD:

Add salt to the moong sprouts and boil them in a sufficient quantity of water. Add the grated coconut to the masala and grind. Mix the sprouts in this masala and boil it once again. Add salt and fried garlic. Toss and serve.
