![]() CORIANDER SOUP INGREDIENTS: 100 gm coriander leaves
METHOD: Wash the coriander leaves thoroughly
and chop them fine. Cut the other vegetables and boil them in sufficient
water. Mix the flour in a little cold water and keep on adding it to the
boiling vegetables and coriander gradually. Stir continuously. You may
puree it after it cools down, if you like. Otherwise simply add crushed
cumin seeds and serve hot. A dash of cream or butter is strictly optional.
