![]() FUDGE INGREDIENTS 30g plain chocolate
METHOD Dissolve the sugar, milk and liquid glucose in a thick-bottomed pan. Do not stir until the sugar melts completely. Meanwhile melt the chocolate along
with the butter and add the cocoa powder to this mixture. Pour the melted
chocolate into the milk and sugar syrup. Add the nuts as well as the vanilla
essence and leave to set in a greased baking tin. After it has set, cut
it into small squares or any shape that you like.
