MARSHMALLOW DELIGHT

INGREDIENTS

24 marshmallows
180g walnuts
1000g-milk chocolate

METHOD

Firstly chop the milk chocolate into little pieces and then melt it in a double boiler. Now chop the marshmallows as well as the nuts.

Add these nuts and marshmallows to the melted chocolate. Spread out this mixture on to some butter paper. Make sure that the nuts and marshmallows are completely covered with the chocolate.

Put it into a refrigerator and leave it to set for about an hour and a half. Remove and cut it into little pieces and then pop them into the mouth of that special someone. He/she will be absolutely delighted.
