![]() CARAMEL BROWNIES INGREDIENTS 100g self-raising flour
METHOD First lightly beat the egg and chop the chocolate into very small pieces. Then sieve the flour along with the salt. Now heat the sugar granules in a heavy-bottomed saucepan until it melts and crystallizes. Switch off the gas and carefully add water to the caramelized sugar. Whisk the butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy and then gradually add the egg. Now add the caramelized sugar. And gently fold in the self-raising flour along with the chocolate pieces and walnuts. Grease a baking tin and pour the mixture in. Preheat the oven to about 180 degrees centigrade and bake for about 45 minutes. Now remove it from the oven and leave it to cool for about 10 minutes before demoulding. Then cut it into squares and serve hot with chilled vanilla ice cream. Chill out with your sweetheart.
