![]() CHOCOLATE MUFFINS INGREDIENTS 65g butter
METHOD Cream the butter and both the sugars until light and fluffy. Then mix the eggs and vanilla and blend this with the butter and sugar mixture. Now sieve the flour, sugar and cocoa powder at least two times and then fold into the butter mixture alternating it with milk. Place a few paper cases to line the muffin moulds and pour this mixture until the paper cases are half-filled. Cut the plain chocolate into half-inch pieces and place on top of this mixture. Then pour one more spoon of this mixture on top to cover the chocolate pieces. Preheat the
oven to 190 degrees centigrade and bake the muffins for 20 minutes. Remove
from the oven and cool it on a rack. Eat it as soon and as fresh as you
can.
