![]() BROWNIES INGREDIENTS 65g butter
METHOD Firstly melt the butter and then fold in the cocoa. Keep this aside. Beat the eggs until they are light and fluffy and then add the sugar and the cocoa mixture. Sieve the flour and fold into the above mixture along with the walnuts. Grease a baking tin and pour this mixture into it. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees centigrade and bake the brownies for 30-35 minutes. Do not over bake them, as they should be soft to touch. Cool and demould
the brownies and then cut them into squares of equal sizes. You may ice
it with plain melted chocolate if you wish or just eat it hot with a little
ice cream. Your partner is sure to blow hot and cold.
