Now fry on a low flame and turn only when one side has turned pinkish – brown. Meanwhile, dissolve the sugar in just about enough water to make a thick syrup. Take it off the gas and add 1 tbsp. ghee in order to remove any impurities. Strain and dip the biscuits (fried balls of maida)in this syrup and let it soak for a while. Remove and
