QUICK
PINEAPPLE SOUFFLE
INGREDIENTS
1 large tin of pineapple slices
1 packet pineapple jelly
1 ltr. Vanilla ice-cream
METHOD
Cut the pineapple slices into little
pieces and pour the syrup (from the tin) into a vessel. Dissolve the jelly
crystals in this syrup on a medium flame and leave aside to cool. Melt
the ice cream. When both are at room temperature you can blend them together.
By this stage you must make sure that the jelly crystals are completely
dissolved.
Put in the pineapple pieces and set
in a bowl or individual cups and put in the refrigerator for an hour. Do
not freeze. Decorate with a slice of pineapple and serve.
PREPARATION TIME: 1-2 hours
