STEW
INGREDIENTS: 200 gms boneless mutton
METHOD: Roll mutton pieces in maida after putting salt and pepper on them. Put a little oil in a pressure cooker and fry mutton on slow fire so that it becomes tender. Also add vegetables, spices and salt. Put water and pressure-cook for 3-4 minutes after the first whistle. Put 2 tbsp tomato sauce vinegar and onions, leave it to simmer for few minutes, and then put a little bit of soya sauce (2 or 3 drops) and lightly mash the vegetables to make stew. SERVES: 4
