ITALIAN
BAKED RICE
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup basmati rice (uncooked)
fresh tomato juice
½ tsp ginger garlic paste
1 packet fresh mushrooms
1 large capsicum
3 tbsp oil
salt(as required)
pepper(as required)
cinnamon
cloves
grated cheese
METHOD:
Soak the rice in water for 20 minutes.
Wash and cut the mushroom. Cut the capsicum into squares.
Put oil in a pan and fry the ginger
garlic paste in it. Add vegetables and fry them a little. Add
the rice, salt, pepper, spices and
tomato juice. Shift the rice in baking dish and bake till the
water dries up. Cover the rice and
bake on low flame till rice is fully cooked. Mix the rice,
put lots of grated cheese and bake
for 5 minutes more.
Garnish with coriander leaves and
serve.
