So many health benefits of beetroot....I never knew most of them. I only knew that being rich in iron, they are good for anemic people. Thanks for posting this interesting article.

Beetroot juice is good for health but taking juice, you are discarding the fibre part. It is best to consume as a salad. As for taste you can add chaat masala. I was glad to know the health benefits of beetroots

I do not like the taste of beetroots but my doctor has told me to have daily at least a beetroot as I have anemia. I make the juice and have it.
