Peas in a Pod

Pour some beans, peas, marbles etc. into a large vessel. Blindfold the children and make them sit around the vessel. If there are more children, 2 or 3 vessels can be used. The children are supposed to pick out as many peas as possible, by feeling their texture. The child who picks out the greatest number of peas in a given time is a winner.
