A crystal or crystalline solid is a solid material whose constituent atoms, molecules, or ions are arranged in an orderly repeating pattern extending in all three spatial dimensions. Crystals are formed in the lowest layer of earth and are a mixture of sand and water. At root it means anything congealed by freezing, such as ice. |

Is it beneficial to use crystals during Reiki? |

Crystals are also known as energy multipliers as they contain all the qualities of water thus crystals used during Reiki healing will help the healing and energy balancing. They will speed up the healing process. One of the simplest ways to help balance the entire chakra system is to place a stone of the appropriate colour on each area. This will give each chakra a boost of its own vibration without altering its energies or the overall function of the system. At our centre we also supply crystals of various kinds depending on the need and area of concern and also advise you about the different crystals and their use. |

How can we use crystals in Reiki? |

You can clear and charge your crystals with Reiki energy. If you have done Reiki 1st degree then hold the crystal in your hand and simply Reiki it.
If you have done 2nd degree you can draw the symbols over your crystals. You may then want to use the charged crystal as part of a distant healing. You can also program the intention of the distant healing into your crystal.
