GARLIC CHATNI Recipe | Chutney/Dips Recipe by Anonymous |
| INGREDIENTS | ½ grated coconut
¾ red dry chillies
¾ garlic flakes
1 tsp tamarind
salt to taste | METHOD | 1. Grind all of the above ingrdients into fine paste in the mixer with water and bring the desired consistency.
2. Serve with hot chapatis or as a side accompaniment with rice.
