COCONUT CHUTNEY Recipe | Chutney/Dips Recipe by vidhyakrishnan |
| INGREDIENTS | Grated Fresh Coconut -2 table spoon
Roasted Gram -1 table spoon
Salt to taste
Red Chilli - 4
Musturd Seed - 1/2 tsp
Splited Black Gram - 1/2 tsp
Hing-Pinch
Curry Leaves - 10 | METHOD | Grind finely coconut, chilli, salt, roasted gram with water.
Heat the oil in pan and add musturd seeds, black gram, hing, curry leaves and pour it in chutney.
Serve with idli or dosa. |
