COCONUT CHUTNEY Recipe

  INGREDIENTS
Grated Fresh Coconut -2 table spoon
Roasted Gram -1 table spoon
Salt to taste
Red Chilli - 4
Musturd Seed - 1/2 tsp
Splited Black Gram - 1/2 tsp
Hing-Pinch
Curry Leaves - 10

  METHOD
  • Grind finely coconut, chilli, salt, roasted gram with water.
  • Heat the oil in pan and add musturd seeds, black gram, hing,    curry leaves and pour it in chutney.
  • Serve with idli or dosa.
