KOTHMARI NI CHAATNI Recipe | Chutney/Dips Recipe by Nillin |
| INGREDIENTS | 6 - 8 green chillies
1 cup Corriander (loosely filled)
2 cloves garlic peeled
Small piece of ginger (peeled)
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp lemon juice | METHOD | 1. Chop ginger, chillies, garlic and corriander coarsely and mix all the other ingredients.
2. Grind all these together such that its texture remains little coarse and does not become smooth.
3. Eat as an accompaniment with your main course. |
