RAVA-BESAN/RICE FLOUR DOSA Recipe | Starters and Snacks Recipe by Archanna |
| INGREDIENTS | 2 cups besan / rice flour
1 cup rava
3 - 4 tsp curd
Ginger
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp chaat masala
1 green chilli, finely chopped
Salt to taste | METHOD | 1. Take a bowl and put besan / rice flour and then put rava and all the other ingredients in it. Mix it with a spoon. Then start putting little water to get the consistency of dosa. Mix slowly to avoid lumps. Keep aside for 15 / 20 mins.
2. Heat the tawa and start making dosa-like circles, using very little oil ( 2 / 3 drops) if using non stick tawa. Cook both sides.
3. Serve hot with sauce / coconut chutney / green chutney. Easy and fast to make and if want all the three flours can be used i.e. besan (1 cup) rice flour (1 cup) and 1 cup rava. |
