| INGREDIENTS | 6 slices of white bread
Tomato Ketchup
Green Pudina Chutney
Besan Ghol (water, salt, pinch soda and red chilli powder)
Oil to fry | METHOD | Take one slice, apply ketchup, take another slice apply green chutney, cover with third slice, dip into the besan ghol and deep fry in the oil. After frying, take out and cut into traingle shape. Serve hot with green chutney or ketchup. |
