| INGREDIENTS | Potatoes boiled, Peeled - 5
Onions medium size - 3 (Chopped lengthwise).
Sour Yogurt 11/2 Cups
Green chilies 3 or according to the taste (chopped).
Salt according to the taste
Chili powder 1 tsp.
Flour 2 tbsp.
Baking Powder 1/4 tsp.
Garam Masala 1/4 tsp.
Oil for deep frying. | METHOD | 1. Cut Potatoes into chunks mix with flour, baking powder Salt.
2. Deep fry them in the oil and set aside.
3. Drain water from curds and soften the resultant cheese.
4. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan.
5. Fry chilies, onions and MSG till translucent.
6. Add the curd cheese, salt, red chili & garam masala powder.
7. Cook in low flame stirring frequently till oil seperates.
8. Add the fried potatoes and water if required.
9. Mix and cook for 2 minutes and serve hot. |
