| INGREDIENTS | 2 Cups Rava
1 Cup Maida
Ginger
Green Chilli paste
Salt
Oil
Mustard Seeds | METHOD | 1. Add 2 cups of rava and 1 cup of maida.
2. Add water and make a thin batter.
3. Add salt, grinded green chillies, ginger to taste.
4. Then heat some oil in the pan. Add mustard seed till they crackle, pour this oil on the prepared batter and heat the flat tava.
5. Put 1 big kadai full of batter and let it get crispy on one side and then turn over.
6. Eat hot with cocount or green coliander chatni mixed with yoghurt. |
