MUKARI Recipe
Starters and Snacks Recipe by Sababd

  INGREDIENTS
2 Mugs Full Coarse Rice Flour
1 Mug Full Maida (Flour)
2 tbsp Yeast Grains
2 Eggs (optional)
5 tbsp Cream (Malai) or Butter
1/4 tbsp Cardamom Powder
Sugar

  METHOD
1. Make a thick battre mixing rice flour, plain flour & yeast with water or milk.

2. Keep it in a warm place for 4 to 5 hours.

3. Then mix it in eggs, sugar as sweet as you like, you can also put half sugar & half condensed milk to sweeten. 1/4 tea spoon cardamom powder.

4. Now take one big deep spoon battre & fry on very low flame in a non stick pan putting little oil each time. fry them like you fry pancakes or omelette or malpua on both sides.

NOTE: The battre should nor be very thick nor liquid but normal.
