| INGREDIENTS | 1.1 kilogram of boiled potatoes.
2.250-500 grams of boiled Gobi/cauliflower.
3.250 grams of boiled green peas.
4.1 raw cauliflower finely chopped.
5.2 finely chopped coarse onions.
6.2 green capsicums finely chopped.
7.6-7 finely chopped tomatoes.
Masala for Pav bhaji
1.You can get good pav bhaji masalas from good brands in grocery shops.
2.1-2 teaspoons of jeera/cumin seeds.
3.Salt as per taste.
4.15-20 loaves of black garlic.
5.8-10 red chillies as per the sauntering and the taste of the gravy.
6.Water.
7.Butter for taste.
8.Pav buns.
