SEV UPMA Recipe | Starters and Snacks Recipe by ketal |
| INGREDIENTS | 100 gram sev (vermicelli)
100 gram moong dal
2-tbsp chopped green chillies,
1\2 turmeric powder
1-tbsp mustard seeds,
Salt to taste,
5-6 curry leaves,
12 lemon,
2-tbsp oil,
Coriander leaves for decoration
| METHOD | pl boil to moong dal little water, wash to sev add to moong dal
Heat the oil in thick pan and add muster sedds and curry leaves. Turmeric powder ,salt add to moon dal with sev mix well slow gas (halke hath se hilane ka). Garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve hot in serving plat and also add lemon if needed.
