| INGREDIENTS | potatoes,tomato puree,amchoor powder,methe dana,ginger paste,hing,red chilli powder,turmeric powder,coriander power,saltand oil to cook | METHOD | first boil potatoes then take a pan add oil put on low flame,then put hing and methe dana and keep it in the pan for 2 min.then add tomato puree,ginger paste along with chilli,turmeric,coriander powder and salt to taste.put on flame for 7-8 min. till oil comes out then add crushed boiled potatoes in it,stir well and add 1/2 cup of water and put on low flame for 10 min.recipe is ready to eat |
