| INGREDIENTS | Left over Rotli(Chapati)8/10
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon
Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
Asafoetida 2 pinches
Garlic 3 kali
Oil 1 tablespoon
Mustard seeds 1\2 teaspoon
Cumin seeds 3\4 teaspoon
Whole dry red chilies, broken 2
Curry leaves 2-3
Fresh coriander leaves , chopped 2 tablespoons
| METHOD | Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, broken dry red chillies, curry leaves and remaining asafoetida .add to 1 Glass water
hit the water pl add to chapatti pieces (Cut into thin strips)
Let it simmer for Two minutes.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
