WHEAT FLOUR CHAKLI Recipe

  INGREDIENTS
3 cups Wheat Flour
White til seeds - 1 tbsp
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp tamarind powder
Salt to taste
Oil (for deep frying)

  METHOD
1. Tie 3 cups of wheat flour in a muslin cloth.
2. Place them in a pressure cooker and steam (3 whistles)
3. Remove wheat flour from muslin cloth. Break all the lumps in it. (If necessary, sieve it to remove small lumps)
4. add tamarind powder , white till , red chili powder and salt. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly to form a medium soft dough.
5. Use the chakli press and press out circles of desired diameter.
6. Deep fry in oil on medium heat till golden. Drain & cool.
Now, you are ready to enjoy crunchy and crispy Chakli.
Important : Do not add additional water to this dough.
