Wash all 4 dal and rice and soak for about 8 hours.

Grind it with water and make a paste, but not too watery.

Add Salt, Ginger, Green Chili, Ajma and Haldi powder.

In a seprate bowl mix Wheat flour and Oil, mix it with the Dal mixure.

Wait for another 6-8 hours.

To prepare:
Pour the mixer for about 1/2 inch in depth in to a greased Thali and steam it for 10 minutes.

Spread some oil on a cooked thali and let it get cool for 2 minutes and then make square pieces.

Serve with green Coriander chutney or with tea. Garnish with green chopped coriander leaves.

Kids will like this with Mango pulp.

Also, if you like you can use red Chili powder on each thali before you steam it.
