BLENDER CAESAR SALAD DRESSING Recipe

 5 Minutes  25 Persons

  INGREDIENTS
Olive oil - 2 cups (500 ml)
Garlic (fresh) - 3 tblsp
Anchovies - 1/2 can
Lemon Juice - 8 tbsp
Eggs - 3 (coddled...set in boiling water for about 10 seconds and then removed)
Black Pepper (grounded) - 1 tbsp

  METHOD

  1. Mix all the ingredients (except oil) in a blender on LOW for 25 seconds until just mixed.

  2. Continue on low and then and the oil SLOWLY through the top until all is mixed.

  3. Pour over lettuce and toss. Add croutons and sliced / grated parmesan cheese.

  4. Refrigerate any unused portion.
