BLENDER CAESAR SALAD DRESSING Recipe | Salads and Raita Recipe by Kevin Tighe |
| INGREDIENTS | Olive oil - 2 cups (500 ml)
Garlic (fresh) - 3 tblsp
Anchovies - 1/2 can
Lemon Juice - 8 tbsp
Eggs - 3 (coddled...set in boiling water for about 10 seconds and then removed)
Black Pepper (grounded) - 1 tbsp | METHOD |
- Mix all the ingredients (except oil) in a blender on LOW for 25 seconds until just mixed.
- Continue on low and then and the oil SLOWLY through the top until all is mixed.
- Pour over lettuce and toss. Add croutons and sliced / grated parmesan cheese.
- Refrigerate any unused portion.
