| INGREDIENTS | 2 1/2 cups graham-cracker crumbs
1 1/2 sticks margarine, melted
1/2 cup sugar
2 20-ounce cans cherry-pie filling
1 16-ounce container frozen whipped topping, thawed | METHOD | In a bowl, mix cracker crumbs, melted margarine and sugar. With about half of the crumb mixture, make a layer of crumbs in a large casserole dish. Evenly spread with one can of pie filling. Top with a layer of half of the whipped topping. Repeat with one more layer each of remaining crumbs, pie filling and whipped topping. Keep refrigerated and serve cold. |
