| INGREDIENTS | 6-baking potatoes,any sour cream(1cup),2tbsp-butter,3/4tsp-salt,1/4tsp-pepper,1/4cup -chopped chives,2tbsp-chopped paisley | METHOD | 1.Preheat oven to 400 degrees f.
2.Prick the potatoes with a fork and place iton a baking sheet.
3.Bake until tender 1 hr and let it cool.15 min.
4.Horizontally cut the top1/3from each potatodiscard the tops.
5.Scoop the potato r the skinsleaving 1/4thick shells,reserve the shells.
6.Mash the potato with the next 4 ingredients,stir in chopped chives and paisley.
7.Spoon mixture into reserved shells dividing evenly.
8.Bake until light brown about 25 min garnish with chives.
