QUICK CHICKEN RICE Recipe | Main Course Recipe by Anu |
| INGREDIENTS | 1 can Condensed Cream of Mushroon Soup
1 Cup water (depends on the rice)
3/4 Cup Long grain White rice
1/4 tsp Paprika
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
4 skinless, boneless breast halves
| METHOD | * Take a shalow baking dish
* MIX soup, water, rice, paprika and black pepper in 2-qt.
* Top with chicken
Season with additional paprika and pepper.
* BAKE at 375°F. 45 min. or until done.
Serve with your favorite steamed vegetables |
